I tried this place for the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge. I ordered the vegan bbq chickn pizza and it was so flavorful and tasty! I will definitely be back. (instagram: jax.vegan.eats)

Your classic pasta, chicken wings, apps and pizza but with an Indian twist/flavor. Food: Butter chicken pasta - Star of the show! Penne pasta with a creamy butter chicken sauce, diced chicken, and onion. You may be used to butter chicken with rice, but this honestly might be my new favorite way to eat it. It reminds me a vodka sauce pasta but with way more flavor. Samosas - great crust to potato ratio, crunchy on the outside, and thick filling in the middle with your classic Indian spices paired with a sweet red sauce Masala chicken wings - great masala flavor and spices, and it's similar to a mild spice chicken wings but with extra *spice*. Dip it with ranch for that cool and creaminess I'll be back to try the pizzas next time!

The best vegan pizza we have ever had and the service was excellent!!! I highly recommend going here!!! and I also warn to NEVER go to the "Pizza Twist" location on Thrive Dr.... Only go to this one. :)

4 stars for me. Not bad. But I'd probably not order again. The gluten free crust was alright. The toppings were good. But honestly nothing to write home about. I think I'll try some where else instead. 4 stars because the staff was extremely nice! The pizza was decent and not necessarily bad. But also not something I'd probably order again at as I'm sure there is somewhere better around!

Please note, this review is specifically regarding their gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza: A small place with limited seating, best-suited to takeout. Their cauliflower crust pizza is our favorite in the Sacramento/Roseville area. It definitely tastes slightly of cauliflower, but has a combination of chewiness and crunchy bits that gives it a most "pizza-like" mouthfeel. There are a number of topping options that will appeal to folks who enjoy Indian food (today we had the butter chicken, but have also had the tandoori and paneer options) as well as all of the usual toppings associated with an American pizza place. I am also partial to their lamb kabob pie. They are happy to adjust the spice level to your request. There are many options for making your pie vegan, for those who choose such. We've not tried delivery, but the service with takeout has always been good. The place is clean and appears to be well-run.

As you can see, we couldn't wait to taste before we shot the photo. If you're thinking about dinner plans, make sure it's this place!! I've never had anything like it before. It literally tastes like the world's greatest butter chicken and all its flavor glory imbedded into a pizza slice. Absolutely a must try. Got it as a large and medium-spicy. I can take a good amount of spice and it's got a decent kick so arm yourself with a good drink. Stop reading and GO ORDER this NOW! You won't regret it.

First of all, I do NOT like pizza, but my girlfriend does and she wanted to try this place so away we went. We ordered the vegan Bombay garlic chicken pizza twist and vegan breadsticks. Both were absolutely amazing!!! Easily the best pizza I've ever had and again I do NOT like pizza. The pizza was super tasty, moist, thin crust and not crunchy hard so more bonus points! Ingredients were fresh, well prepared and perfectly proportionate so that none was overpowering the others. The breadsticks with the cheese sauce built into them gave me a mouthgasm!! We called ahead and ordered to go so I cannot fairly review the restaurants atmosphere but if it is anything like the food we tried, I will give it a presumptuous five star rating as well. The staff was very nice, informative and descriptive. Service is definitely five stars and appreciated. For once my girlfriend did not complain about the price so that's got to be a good sign regarding the cost of the meal. We will definitely will be eating here ONLY IF THEY KEEP THE VEGAN MENU OPTIONS (hint HINT). We chose this restaurant because it was participating in the vegan chef challenge, so please keep this menu so my girlfriend and I can have a pizza spot that doesn't make me want cancel my subscription on living every time I eat it.
